This is a pure sales role, focused on acquiring, developing, and managing FPI (Foreign Portfolio Investors) clients, institutional, corporate clients &amp; high-net-worth individual (HNWI clients in UAEand the wider GCC region). The successful candidate will leverage their extensive market knowledge and strong network to drive revenue growth across a diverse range of financial products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qualification:<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Education &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>MBA (preferred) or BCom degree.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NISM certification is desirable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5-7 years of experience as an FPI \/ Institutional Sales Manager for Indian\/Global Capital Markets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working in a brokerage, custodian or bank is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of capital markets and investment products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4-5 years of demonstrable pure sales experience in financial services, with a strong focus on client acquisition in India and UAE<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Business Development:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with FPI and institutional investors based globally<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Existing book of FPI clients with decent AUM. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Should be onboarded through independent routes, while strategically leveraging existing networks for maximum impact. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to cross-sell relevant products and services offered by the firm to existing clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Client Management<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Onboard and service FPI and Institutional \/ Corporate clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide exceptional client service and address their investment needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhere to all applicable regulations and internal policies related to FPI and institutional sales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Skills &amp; Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluency in English is essential; Arabic speaking is preferable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relevant financial licenses and certifications (e.g., UAE Financial Regulations, CFA) are a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented candidates to join our team in Dubai.
