This is a pure sales role, focused on acquiring, developing, and managing Global Derivatives Commodities clients, institutional, corporate clients &amp; high-net-worth individual (HNWI clients in UAEand the wider GCC region. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive market knowledge and strong network to drive revenue growth across a diverse range of financial products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qualification:<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Education &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3-5 years of experience in futures and options sales at a reputable brokerage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A strong existing client base in the commodities and metals industries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A transferable client portfolio is highly advantageous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In-depth knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements related to derivatives trading.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Business Development:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Actively acquire new clients within the commodities and metals sectors, focusing on those who require futures and options for hedging purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leverage your existing client network and industry connections to generate new business leads.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sales &amp; Marketing:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Promote our Exchange Traded Derivatives and US Equities products and services to potential clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase our offerings and address client needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Onboarding &amp; Compliance:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage the client onboarding process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Educate clients on trading procedures, risk management, and relevant regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Revenue Generation:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Achieve monthly revenue targets by driving sales and maximizing client engagement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your client portfolio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Skills &amp; Competencies<\/strong>:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluency in English is essential; Arabic speaking is preferable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relevant financial licenses and certifications (e.g., UAE Financial Regulations, CFA) are a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented candidates to join our team in Dubai.
