Arabic proficiency advantageous.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fund Marketing &amp; Capital Introduction<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Promote and market units of various fund structures (AIFs, PMS, Mutual Funds, ETFs, Private Funds, Structured Products, and similar instruments) strictly on a non-advisory, non-discretionary basis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify, approach, and engage eligible Clients and institutional investors to generate interest in fund offerings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitate capital introduction between investors and fund managers\/issuers without providing recommendations or suitability assessments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support subscription processes by coordinating documentation, disclosures, and communications with fund managers and administrators.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct investor presentations and product walkthroughs based on approved marketing materials and offering documents only.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Client &amp; Relationship Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with fund houses, institutional investors, family offices, and intermediaries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as the primary commercial point of contact for investor queries related to fund features, structures, and processes, without crossing into advisory activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with internal compliance teams to ensure all client interactions, financial promotions, and communications are compliant with DFSA rules.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Compliance &amp; Governance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure all marketing activity is limited to approved financial promotions and permitted client categories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhere strictly to internal policies on KYC, AML, financial promotions, and conflicts of interest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Market Intelligence<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Track investor appetite, market trends, and competitor activity to support product positioning and future fund offerings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide structured feedback to management on investor demand and distribution effectiveness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Education, Experience Fund Marketing &amp;
