Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented candidates to join our team in Dubai. This is a pure sales role, focused on acquiring, developing, and managing Global Derivatives Commodities clients, institutional, corporate clients & high-net-worth individual (HNWI clients in UAEand the wider GCC region. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive market knowledge and strong network to drive revenue growth across a diverse range of financial products.
Qualification:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in futures and options sales at a reputable brokerage.
- A strong existing client base in the commodities and metals industries.
- A transferable client portfolio is highly advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements related to derivatives trading.
Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Actively acquire new clients within the commodities and metals sectors, focusing on those who require futures and options for hedging purposes.
- Leverage your existing client network and industry connections to generate new business leads.
Sales & Marketing:
- Promote our Exchange Traded Derivatives and US Equities products and services to potential clients.
- Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase our offerings and address client needs.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
Onboarding & Compliance:
- Manage the client onboarding process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Educate clients on trading procedures, risk management, and relevant regulations.
Revenue Generation:
- Achieve monthly revenue targets by driving sales and maximizing client engagement.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your client portfolio.
